Guests may request and sign out Assistive Listening Systems (ALS) or Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) available at Guest Services desk

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children's swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas for use onboard and cannot be taken off ship

Personalized services for Guests with Visual Disabilities

The company provides personalized service to all guests with visual disabilities across the fleet, in compliance with the requirement of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and EU Regulation 1177/2010

Safety 1-2-3

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations.  In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.

Mexico Smoking Policy

Vapes and e-cigarettes are banned in Mexico and cannot be brought ashore.  Smoking cigarettes is not allowed in public places, including beaches, hotels, parks and restaurants.  Violators may face fines or jail.

Exercise Caution: Conterfeit Medication in Mexico

While over the counter and prescription pharmaceuticals may be readily available for purchase, counterfeit medication is common and may contain dangerous ingredients, including deadly doses of fentanyl.

Dry Off and Drop Off

Don't forget to return your pool towels back to the designated Towel Station when you're done!  A $25 replacement fee will be charged to your SeaPass card for each unreturned towel.

Wash Up!

The best way to prevent illness is to wash your hands with soap and warm water after bathroom breaks and before eating.  If you feel ill please contact the Medical Staff by dialing 51
